U kunt een schilderij huren voor een minimale periode van 6 maanden. U kunt een schilderij huren vanaf € 15,- per maand. De huurprijs is afhankelijk van het formaat, voor een prijsindicatie (lijst) stuur mij een bericht. Vanaf de startdatum bespaart u € 7,50,- per maand en dit bedrag kunt u verrekenen bij de aankoop van dit schilderij of een ander schilderij. Als u besluit het kunstwerk toch aan te schaffen (voor het einde van de minimale periode), ontvangt u de transportkosten terug. Het is ook mogelijk om meerdere werken te huren, bijvoorbeeld voor een bedrijfspand. Ik breng de kunstwerken en hang ze op. Als er een geïnteresseerde zich aandient, heeft de huurder als eerste de keuze om te kopen. *Kunst huren is zakelijk gezien verstandig Soms kan investeren in beeldende kunst interessant zijn voor u als ondernemer. Als u geluk heeft, stijgt het gekochte kunstwerk in de loop der jaren aanzienlijk in waarde. Deze (eventuele) waardestijging is geheel belastingvrij en kan op termijn uw spaarpotje mooi vullen. Deze extra komt bovenop de fiscale voordelen van het kopen van kunst voor zakelijke doeleinden. Vindt u dit risico te groot, of ligt de prijsklasse van het beoogde werk hoger dan uw budget, dan biedt commerciële kunstuitleen (kunstuitleen) uitkomst. Alle huurkosten zijn dan ook volledig fiscaal aftrekbaar. En – als u dat wilt – kunt u het werk later nog steeds kopen voor de vastgestelde prijs bij aanvang van de kunstuitleen.

From the start date you will save €7.50 per month and this amount can be settled when purchasing this painting or another painting.
If you decide to purchase the artwork anyway (before the end of the minimum period), you will receive a refund for the transport costs.
It is also possible to rent multiple works, for example for a business premises. I will bring the works of art and hang them up. If an interested party presents themselves, the tenant has first choice to purchase.
*Renting art makes good business sense
Sometimes investing in visual art can be interesting for you as an entrepreneur. If you are lucky, the purchased artwork will increase significantly in value over the years. This (possible) increase in value is completely
tax-free and can fill your savings pot nicely in the long term. This extra is in addition to the tax benefits of buying art for business. If you find this risk too great, or the price range of the intended work is higher than your budget, commercial art lending (art lending) offers a solution. All rental costs are then also fully tax deductible. And – if you want – you can still buy the work later for the set price at the start of the art
